As the borders open, we embrace not only new clients and locations, but new, enthusiastic EFT staff. Although a dream job of adventure, service and fun, Ecofieldtrips takes safety and professionalism very seriously. Eight new staff members travelled from all over SE Asia to one of our beautiful locations, Melina Beach on Tioman Island. Here the staff endured long hours of trekking through primary rainforest, snorkelling over coral reefs and equipping the resort with everything needed for upcoming school trips. These activities were combined with rigorous safety protocol training, scientific knowledge and skill recapping together with the very well earned ice-cream. Staff were tested mentally, emotionally and physically to ensure the highest standards in Ecofieldtrips are maintained.
