What You’ll Do

• Lead and facilitate educational expeditions for international school groups.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of students and staff at all times.
• Deliver engaging outdoor, environmental, and cultural learning experiences.
• Guide activities including hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, citizen science, community engagement, and team-building challenges.
• Foster positive relationships with local communities, research partners, and conservation organisations.
• Represent Ecofieldtrips with professionalism, enthusiasm, and care.

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for enthusiastic, adaptable, and motivated people who thrive in the outdoors and enjoy working with young people. Successful applicants are confident leaders, excellent communicators, and passionate about learning, conservation, and experiential education.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Experience leading youth, school, or outdoor education programs.
• Background in environmental science, biology, marine science, education, outdoor leadership, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and facilitation skills.
• First Aid & CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Child Safeguarding certification (or willingness to complete training).
• Excellent spoken English.
• Based in Southeast Asia or willing to relocate for seasonal work.
• A passion for travel, conservation, and connecting people with nature.
